Despite not usually delivering to my area they made an exception for an extra fee which I appreciated. The portions were more than enough. They pack each container. Customer service is 10 out of 10 that's very important to me. The only reason I give a 4 star instead of a 5 is because I prefer to go to a website, be able to select what my intolerances are and pay online rather than be sent an invoice for a service such as this so I can pay at the time that is convenient and invoice fees like a debt. I also think package branding is important, I wasn't sure what was in each container for service like this as its just clear containers but they did say they are due to update their branding. Some dishes were tastier than others for me but that all comes down to personal taste. I would recommend the this service. I will likely use it again in the future. Good value for money when you need a break from cooking.
