I’ve been on meal preps for a couple months now and I couldn’t be happier with the results it’s been helping me get! Food prepped by a chef who also doesn’t over charge her clients! If you want good tasting meal preps at an affordable price please go to Chef Kat! Not to mention she makes protein snacks now!!

Very affordable! Chef Kat has been prepping for me for almost 5 years now. I used to buy from a more expensive service until a friend told me about her. The meals were the same quality as the other service for almost half the price!!
