Uf meal preps is based inside Ultimate fitness gym Stalybridge. The gym is owned by Scott Gledhill, ex British champion bodybuilder. The gym has been established for 16 years and the meal prep service from the cafe inside has over 10 years experience with over 10 years 5* food hygiene rating also. I do a different menu each week (Thursday – Friday) to keep the meals varied and all orders confirmed by Saturday are cooked on Sunday ready to be collected for the week ahead. Standard package is 2 of each 5 dishes. However if there is something on the menu you aren’t too keen on we can swap some meals around to suit. Extra meals also available if you would like more than 10.
